Due to internal movements, we currently have multiple analyst opportunities available to join the Value Chain Optimisation team within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. These include 12-month fixed-term opportunities and permanent full-time positions.
In this pivotal role, you will join a team that is at the heart of what makes ALDI unique: our products. As part of the Buying team, you will be involved in the journey of our products, from conception to our store shelves.

What does the role look like?
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support project deliverables
- Utilise various data sources to provide analysis and insight used for strategic decision making.
- Assist in the development of project resources & documentation
- Maintain logs and records to ensure accurate and successful project workflow
- Present recommendations and measured outcomes to stakeholders
- Assist in the facilitation of workshops and supplier engagements
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience in consultancy or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience owning a deliverable within a project
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong communication skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage a large project within an Agile environment

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 - $158,800 including Superannuation
