An exciting new position has become available as an Analyst to support the Target Supply Chain Projects Team within the National Supply Chain department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury NSW. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity.
In this role, you will be part of a high impact team working closely with internal teams to support preparation for ALDI’s Future State Automated DC program. You will utilise analytical thinking to drive strategic decisions and support internal teams and suppliers’ readiness for automation.
What does the role look like?
- Develop and implement tools for pallet and packaging audits, dashboards, reporting & analysis.
- Conduct product audits and utilise critical thinking to assess, analyse and provide recommendations on automation suitability against compliance requirements and auditing tools.
- Maintain supply standards documentation through industry research, assessment of packaging requirements and analysis of audit results.
- Develop and deliver training material to provide education to internal teams and suppliers.
- Provide support for internal and external queries, and analyse patterns to provide recommendations.

- Proficiency in utilising analytical tools, particularly Excel to create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to provide data driven recommendations through reports and presentations.
- Skilled in project management and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to key deliverables and timelines.
- Confident communicator capable of building inter-department relationships, promoting advocacy, and influencing change.
- Experience in developing and delivering training material to diverse teams.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 - $158,800 including Superannuation.
