Join a supportive and collaborative environment as an Office Assistant within our National Buying Department, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time permanent position.
In this pivotal role, you will join a team that is at the heart of what makes ALDI unique: our products. As a support to the Buying team, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that are pivotal to our product development and quality assurance processes.

What does the role look like?
- Take charge of organising products for our sampling process
- Shopping for products online and instore to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards
- Convey high attention to detail in the preparation and organisation of documentation for Product Assessment
- Utilise strong and proactive problem-solving skills to determine best avenue of sourcing products efficiently
- Support the wider team with various general administrative tasks such as maintaining common inbox and answering queries from stakeholders

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and maintain professionalism
- Proven problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Maintain awareness of safe work and manual handling practices
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills is highly regarded
- Availability to be on site 5 days per week from 07:30am to 03:30pm to ensure our team is equipped for success.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $76,800- $84,300 including Superannuation.
