About the Role

A new opportunity has become available within the Safety department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Manager and broader Safety team. This is a rewarding role as part of a high-performing team where you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders within a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient day to day running of the Safety team.

  • Manage the shared inbox
  • Coordinate and take minutes for meetings
  • WHS IT and Payroll systems portal administrative duties
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with processing and coding invoices
  • Assist with safety document control and management as directed
  • Assist all Safety team members with BAU administrative tasks as required

What do we need from you

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Effective professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail whilst maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role is highly desirable
  • Experience in data entry and dataset management is favourable
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly in Excel
