About the Role
A Sensational opportunity has become available within the National Safety department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is an 18-month fixed term contract position.
This role is integral to the efficient operation of the National Safety team. We are looking for an experienced Project Assistant to support in delivering on Safety projects and initiatives.
What does the role look like?
- Assist with the delivery of national and local projects
- Assist with the implementation of new safety systems
- Respond to user queries and customise user tools and interfaces within existing safety systems
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Manage SharePoint site for ALDI’s Work Health and Safety Management System
- Providing general support to the ALDI National Safety Department, including project administration, invoice/purchase order processing, and distributing incoming mail.

What do we need from you
- Experience in working on multiple business projects with an interest in health safety and wellbeing
- Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- A team player; able to work with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Intermediate to Advanced experience using Microsoft Office.

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $93,600 - $104,000 including Superannuation
