An exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst has become available within the Financial Planning & Analysis team of our National Finance & Administration department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.

What does the role look like?
- Conduct period-end and month-end close activity
- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial support on business strategy and annual budgets for the business
- Prepare financial forecasting, including the provision of insights, trends and key drivers to enhance business performance. This includes long range planning, monthly/ quarterly forecasting, and annual planning
- Report and analyse actuals against budgets and forecasts, providing in-depth commercial insights into performance
- Be the subject matter expertise in areas that fall within the scope of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for projects both locally and internationally
What do we need from you?
- Demonstrated experience within a commercial finance environment.
- Proven demonstrated experience of financial planning and analysis within professional setting.
- Proficiency in utilising one or more reporting tools to analyse data- such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent from other countries
- Experience in SAP S/4 Hana is highly desirable
- Project management experience and/or Anaplan experience highly regarded

Remuneration
- Transparent tiered salary range of $159,800 - $191,500 including Superannuation.
