About the Role

A bit about the role: 

The Store Manager role involves ensuring smooth store operations to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards. You will train and coach team members to develop future leaders, manage inventory to minimise losses, and collaborate with your team on various tasks, including registers and merchandising. Additionally, you'll identify improvement opportunities, manage resources effectively to meet goals, and participate in the hiring process to select the best candidates for your team.
