Grow your career as an Analyst in our Replenishment Data Analytics (RDA) team. You will be a driving force in improving our execution of store replenishment through data driven decisions within the National Supply Chain department. This role is a permanent full-time position, based in Minchinbury.
The RDA team is responsible for executing business-wide store replenishment strategies and proactively adjust replenishment strategies based on changing market conditions at store. What does the role look like?
- Defining store order parameters and making data-driven adjustments to ensure optimal order volumes in stores.
- Modelling complex Supply Chain challenges and recommending business adjustments as needed.
- Reviewing performance results, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions.
- Developing replenishment strategies for key events (e.g., Christmas, Easter) to support smooth DC/store operations and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement across the supply chain and providing actionable insights.

- Experience in Replenishment/Forecasting within an FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and data analysis experience with statistical analysis techniques using Python and SQL.
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform and drive strategic decision-making within a dynamic business environment.
- Exceptional ability to engage with and support stakeholders and the ability to convey technical ideas to relevant business stakeholders.
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and forecasting modules is an advantage.
- Collaborative problem-solver, with an analytical, process and technical driven approach to root cause analysis.

Remuneration:
- Transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 - $158,800 including Superannuation.
