What does the role involve?

• Guiding the pulse of our warehouse, you'll monitor and manage stock levels with precision, tackling inventory fluctuations head on.
• Help to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best.
• Safety is paramount - you'll drive the highest standard of safety and cleanliness, reporting any incidents, hazards, or near misses to keep our team members safe.
• Proactively identifying areas of improvement and driving operational excellence at every opportunity. 
• Utilise resources effectively to strike the balance between meeting efficiency and upholding our high-quality safety standards.
