About the Role

Play an integral role enhancing the operations of the ALDI National Real Estate Department in this newly created team at ALDI Australia. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Minchinbury.

Support our team that oversees an extensive portfolio of commercial properties nationally, ensuring that our properties are not only managed efficiently but also contribute to the success of our business.

What does the role look like? 

  • Provide exceptional administrative and project support to our dynamic regional property management teams across the multiple states.
  • Provide updates on various property related activities including maintaining records within SAP S/4 Hana and financial reporting for property related projects.
  • Develop market brief documents for sites acquisitions.
  • Help navigate the delivery of multiple construction projects, including tracking of milestones and ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Support the team to maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing commercial properties.
  • Responsible for reviewing lease terms, rent reviews and reconciling accounts once leases expire.

What do we need from you

 

  • Demonstrated experience within Property, Construction, Finance or Project Management.
  • Proven experience in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in MS Office, SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba and Concur highly regarded.
