Leverage your commercial expertise as a Systems Specialist within our National Real Estate team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position.
As a Specialist you will play an integral part for the efficient end-to-end management of real estate systems within ALDI by driving financial improvements through accurate data analysis and enhance business processes to ensure high-quality services across the business.
What does the role look like?
- Serve as a technical expert and point of contact, providing support across all real estate systems.
- Develop processes, tools and reporting, ensuring data integrity of all systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and leverage tools to improve data accuracy.
- Design and develop training materials to support users in the efficient operation of Systems during project implementation and ongoing updates to maintain a consistent approach.
- Support National Real Estate Projects and apply project administration skills to manage timelines, priorities, milestones, issues and risks.
- Conduct in-depth spend analysis, providing strategic guidance to drive efficiency and maximising property financial performance.
- Real Estate/Property Development Industry experience will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience working with SAP S/4 Hana is an advantage.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to collate and convert data into meaningful insights.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams, and convey ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Transparent tiered salary range of $110,000 - $132,000 including super
