Grow your career with a global retailer as a Team Leader- Recruitment within our Human Resources team at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This is a 12 month Fixed term contract position.
This role provides an opportunity to be a part of a broad HR team that includes inclusion & diversity, recruitment, learning & development and HR projects and support. As a part of our collaborative HR team, you'll play a key role in supporting various strategic projects, programs, and tasks that span across the entire employee lifecycle.

What does the role look like?
- Leading, developing and supporting a small team of Assistants in both BAU and project tasks
- Oversee and deliver process improvements for the ATS (applicant tracking system) and careers site
- Contribute to the execution of accurate documentation, processes and reporting
- Enhance candidate and user experience of systems with initiative leading solutions
- Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment marketing campaigns, including the delivery of a campaign calendar (from national scale campaigns through to more tactical executions), oversight of production and content creation, campaign optimisation and reporting
- Manage a successful working relationship with advertising/ media agency partner
- Interpret reporting to make data driven decision for change/ improvement in recruitment team
- Work as an effective team member to support the Executive Manager of Recruitment
What do we need from you?
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills; the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Previous leadership experience
- Creativity to bring our employee value proposition to life in recruitment advertising and careers website
- A quick learner (previous recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Previous experience in recruitment marketing, in particular with recruiting strategies to address key audiences, content development/ enrichment on careers pages and company recruitment platforms
- Ability to analyse data and make data driven decisions to drive improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution focused mindset
- Ability to take on responsibility, work autonomously and be a team player
- Excellent communication skills and ability work closely with stakeholders from all areas of the business
